Payment

Pay the way that suits you: cash on collection, or online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or IRIS.

  1. 1. In the basket, under Payment methods, choose cash or card online.
    You pay cash at the shop or to the rider. For card online you have two options: the first accepts Visa and Mastercard, the second also Apple Pay, Google Pay and IRIS. Both accept cards from every bank; if one doesn't go through, try the other.
  2. 2. With cash: tap COMPLETE ORDER and then SEND.
    In the window you check the order summary. With SEND the order goes straight to the shop.
  3. 3. With card online: tap COMPLETE ORDER, accept the terms and tap PAYMENT.
  4. 4. Choose a saved card or tap «Add new card».
    You'll find your saved cards under MENU → PAYMENT CARDS.
  5. 5. With the second Card online you can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or IRIS.
    With IRIS you pay directly from your bank: choose it and complete the payment in your bank's web banking or app.
  6. 6. If the payment isn't completed, the order hasn't been sent. Tap COMPLETE PAYMENT.
    You'll find it under ORDERS marked «Awaiting your payment». Until the payment is completed, the shop doesn't see the order and doesn't prepare it. If the payment fails again, try another card or another payment method.
  7. 7. Done! Under ORDERS you see your order number and when it will be ready.
