1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is:

This policy applies to the website psssaraki.gr, the ordering website order.psssaraki.gr and the «ΨΨΨαράκι» mobile app.

2. What data we collect

On psssaraki.gr

The website is informational and has no forms: it does not ask for your name, phone or email. We only collect:

• technical connection data (such as IP address and browser type), logged by the hosting provider to run and secure the website;
• browsing data from analytics and marketing cookies, only if you allow it (see Cookies).

In the app and on order.psssaraki.gr

When you sign up or order, we process:

• your mobile number (used to sign up and confirm by SMS);
• first and last name and, if you provide them, email and date of birth;
• delivery addresses, details such as doorbell and floor, and comments for the rider;
• your orders, points, coupons and personal referral code;
• your notification preferences (PUSH, SMS, Email, Viber);
• your location (GPS), only if you allow the app to find your address.

3. Why we use it

The shop keeps and processes the personal data it receives through its app and websites for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling your orders (preparation, delivery or pick-up, payment) and running your account, points and coupons. Basis: our contract with you.
• Customer management and support, such as answering requests and fixing problems. Basis: the contract and our legitimate interest in serving you properly.
• Promoting products and offers by SMS, PUSH, email or Viber. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the app (MENU → your name → notifications).
• Visitor statistics and ad measurement (Google, Meta). Basis: your cookie consent.
• Tax and accounting obligations, such as issuing receipts. Basis: the law.
• Security of the websites and the app and prevention of abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest.

4. Cookies

On your first visit to psssaraki.gr a cookie notice appears with two choices:

• «Essential only»: the website only stores your choice in your browser. No analytics or advertising tool is loaded.
• «Accept»: Google Analytics (visitor statistics) and the Meta Pixel (measuring our ads on Facebook and Instagram and showing relevant ads) are also loaded.

To change your choice, clear the site data for psssaraki.gr in your browser settings; the notice will appear again. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address.

order.psssaraki.gr and the app ask separately for your consent to analytics and advertising technologies. With «Essential only» these stay switched off.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and do not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. Your data is seen only by those who help us operate, and only as far as needed:

• the Delivery Manager ordering platform (DM SOFT I.K.E.), which runs the app, order.psssaraki.gr and the website on our behalf;
• hosting providers (such as Amazon Web Services) and SMS and notification providers;
• the bank or payment provider, when you pay online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or IRIS;
• delivery partners, only when your order is delivered through them;
• Google and Meta, only if you have accepted the relevant cookies;
• public authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers (such as Google, Meta and Amazon Web Services) may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Your account data, for as long as you keep the account. If you ask for deletion it is deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
• Order and receipt data, for as long as tax law requires.
• Analytics and marketing cookie data, for as long as Google's and Meta's settings provide.

7. Security and payments

The websites and the app use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and every effort is made to keep them secure according to international standards.

The app does not store payment or card data or other highly sensitive details. If you choose to pay by card, the whole payment process (and the related details, such as card number and codes) takes place in the secure environment of the bank that works with the shop.

8. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Greek Law 4624/2019, you have the right:

• to know what data we process about you and to get a copy;
• to ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
• to ask for processing to be restricted, or to object to it;
• to receive your data in a format that can be passed to someone else (portability);
• to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

You can also request deletion of your account in the app (MENU → your name → «Personal data»). For any other request, contact us at 215 50 12345 or with a written request at the shop (Koukloutza 3, 161 21 Kaisariani, Greece).

If you believe that the processing of your data breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

We may update this page when the way we work or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.
