Delivery

Order in the app and we bring it to your door. As members you enjoy daily offers, special offers during the year, points that turn into coupons and other surprises.

  1. 1. First check that we deliver to you: MENU → DELIVERY AREAS.
    The MENU opens from the button at the top left of the home screen.
  2. 2. Tap NEW ORDER and choose Delivery.
    In the menu, under «Offers», you'll find the offers of the day.
  3. 3. The first time, add your address. With Yes the app finds it by itself (GPS).
  4. 4. Move the map so that the pin points exactly at your door.
  5. 5. Fill in street, number and postcode and tap Save address.
    Once you enter the address, the app shows you the minimum order and the delivery charge for your area.
  6. 6. In the basket, fill in the delivery details: doorbell and floor.
    That way the rider finds you quickly. With «Change» you choose another saved address. Under Delivery time choose Immediate delivery or Pre-order.
  7. 7. Under Delivery comments, write standing instructions for the rider.
    For example: «left lift», «building B» or «don't ring the bell, call my mobile». Then choose a payment method and tap COMPLETE ORDER (see «Payment»).
